​Welcome to Linda Dunn's Fitness & Yoga!

Linda Dunn’s Fitness & Yoga is a health/fitness business that provides group exercise classes, personal training, and yoga with a holistic approach for persons of all fitness levels. She offers classes, yoga, and personal training at several locations in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. Linda has a MA in Learning Disabilities and an MA and AA in Counseling and Guidance. She is currently certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in both Group Exercise and Personal Training. Also, Linda has an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification as a Group Exercise Leader. In 2006, Linda completed her Registered Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) at Dragonfly Yoga Studies in Fort Walton, FL and now is an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. Her many years of education, training, and experience provide a special blend of expertise for both her group and individual training sessions and yoga classes.
