DIFFERENT TYPES OF EXERCISE

 

Gentle Yoga
Yoga can be good for those with arthritis, MS, back conditions, cancer, and seniors who would like to
take an adapted (gentle) yoga class. Chairs are available to use in class, if preferred instead of a mat.
Students need to bring their own mat.

 

Hatha Yoga
This class will have emphasis on practicing yoga asana (postures or exercises), pranayama (breathing
exercises), and meditative relaxation techniques. All levels are welcome, options will be given for those
new to yoga. Students need to bring their own mat.

 

Mat Pilates
This class is taught on the mat with emphasis on core strengthening exercises and stretching.
Sometimes simple equipment is used to add challenges. Foam rollers, fitness balls, ankle weights, and
light dumbbells are often used. Students need to bring their own mat.

 

Pilates & Total Body Conditioning
This class will offer traditional Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and more challenging muscle
endurance exercises for your entire body. Options are given for new students and all classes end with a
deep stretching session.

 

Personal Training
Linda Dunn has been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 1992. Training is designed to meet the
