Pilates & Total Body Conditioning
This class will offer traditional Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and more challenging muscle endurance exercises for your entire body. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat.
Yoga for Beginners
In this class you will learn the basic poses for a yoga practice, proper alignment for yoga postures, work on balance and flexibility, and also learn relaxation and breathing techniques. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat.
Yoga can be good for those with Multiple Sclerosis, arthritis, back conditions, fibromyalgia, and for senior adults who would like to take and adapted (gentle) yoga class. You may use a chair as needed during this class. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat.
This class will have emphasis on practicing yoga asanas (postures or exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditative relaxation techniques. All levels are welcome options will be given for beginners. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat.
Linda Dunn has been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 1992. Personal training is designed to meet the client’s needs and goals and set up by appointment firstname.lastname@example.org or 205-391-9002. Fees for training are approximately $40 per session. Credit cards not accepted.
